An accountability plan is a predetermined process that clarifies who is responsible for specific measures, identifies corrective actions and timelines, communicates and monitors the corrective actions, and supports a balanced scorecard.
 
Business Assessment Tool
 The Business Assessment Tool (BAT) is one component of the Integrated Management Process that assists organizations in assessing their business portfolio. Health Evolutions' experienced consultants assist the organization in selecting business units to be evaluated, identifying strategic and financial criteria, evaluating each business unit against the criteria, and developing plans and timelines for initiatives associated with each business unit.
